Important US Policy Update
This is only applicable to orders placed from the United States of America.
Our pharmacy, Pharmabridge International, would like to share an important update that may impact your future orders. Starting from August 29, 2025, the US will remove the de minimis exemption, which currently allows packages valued under $800 to enter duty- and tax-free.
As per the U.S. Customs policy under Executive Order 14324 Suspending Duty-Free De Minimis Treatment for All Countries:
- All orders arriving before August 29, 2025, will be subject to the current rules.
- All orders arriving after August 29, 2025, will be subject to taxes.
Here’s what we want you to know:
- Pharmabridge International has always maintained the highest standards and followed the best practices to protect our customers' interests.
- Maintaining the same legacy, we will hold all the orders booked till September 15, 2025 ( the date is tentative; any changes made will be updated accordingly ).
Our suggestion :
Once the new procedures run smoothly, it is best to place new orders in mid-September 2025 to avoid disruptions. We will keep you informed if we receive any updates from our logistics partners.
This situation is beyond our control, but please rest assured that our team is working diligently with logistics partners and customs authorities to minimize disruptions and ensure your orders reach you as quickly as possible.
We have to admit we’re more disappointed than you that we can’t provide the same smooth experience you’ve always had with us. Your trust means so much to us. We’re here not just as your healthcare partner, but as a team that genuinely cares about our customers.

Note: please don’t pay anyone—us included—until reliable global news or official carriers (USPS/UPS/FedEx) confirm that shipments to the United States have resumed.
Our commitment: We will not keep your money if we cannot ship within 48 hours. That’s the standard we live by. We’re working tirelessly to resolve this and will update you the moment service restarts.
