When Can You Return The Delivered Item To Us?
You can initiate a request for return in the following cases-
- If an expired product or a damaged product is delivered to you, we will initiate a refund.
- If a wrong medicine or an incorrect dosage strength was shipped.
- The product should not be used and must be present in its original packaging.

- Always describe the issue- The reason for your return must be clearly described to our customer support team, along with a clear image of the product, so that they can process your refund request.
- Re-shipping the Product- You can contact our team members and follow the proper instructions provided by them for returning the item.
What Is The Time Taken For A Refund?
We generally process the refund immediately after the return is initiated. However, it might take 3-4 business days to reflect in your bank account. Check your account and update us accordingly.

The customer can cancel the order for the product till we ship it. Orders once shipped cannot be canceled.
Pharmacy Cancellation Policy
Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include-
- Non-availability of the product or quantities ordered by you.
- inaccuracies or errors in pricing information.
Pharmabridge International also reserves the right to cancel any order classified as a “Bulk Order” based on the following criteria. An order may be considered a bulk order under the following circumstances-
- If the products you ordered are not for self-consumption but for commercial resale.
- If you have placed multiple orders for the same product at the same address.
- If you have given an invalid address in the order details.
- If you have used any malpractice to place the order.
No cancellation charges shall be levied for cancellation of an order in accordance with the terms of this policy.
