Reshipment Policy
A package may be reshipped in the following cases:

- The package is lost during transit.

The products are shipped from our warehouse and are treated as imported items. In rare circumstances, customs may hold an order, which may cause delivery delays.
Track Your Order
Once the order gets dispatched from our warehouse, an email with your tracking details will be sent to your verified email address. You can use the tracking number to check your order status.
Return And Refunds
Our dispatch and delivery team closely monitors every stage of your shipment. If your package encounters any issues during transit, you will be notified within 24 hours.
