If you’re buying medication online from outside your country, the first thing that should matter to you is whether the pharmacy on the other end is even allowed to sell what they’re selling. Most aren’t licensed. Many don’t pretend to be. We are, and we’ll show you exactly what.
Pharmabridge International operates under Wholesale Drug License RLF21DL2023000976, issued by the Drug Controller of Uttar Pradesh, India. The license is held under our parent operation, Mahi Medicos, at our registered Sahibabad address.
What A Drug License Actually Requires
An Indian wholesale drug license isn’t a piece of paper you put in a frame. It’s an ongoing compliance obligation. Specifically, it requires us to:
- Maintain a registered premises that has been inspected by the state drug authority
- Employ a registered pharmacist or qualified person who signs off on operations (ours is on record as Member ID 20236670050 with the Pharmacy Council)
- Source medication only from manufacturers who themselves hold valid manufacturing licenses
- Maintain proper storage conditions — temperature controls, light controls, secured access
- Keep purchase and sales records that are inspectable at any time by the drug authority
- Pay annual fees and submit to periodic renewal inspections
Lose any of these and the license goes away. Operate without one and you go to jail. This is real regulatory weight.
What The License Allows Us To Do
Under our wholesale license, we’re authorized to:
- Buy medication directly from manufacturers (no middleman markup)
- Store the medication in our licensed warehouse
- Sell to other licensed entities, including international buyers through registered export channels
- Dispense Schedule H and Schedule G medications (which include most ED, hair loss, and prescription-class drugs)
Note what’s not on this list: we’re not licensed to manufacture. The medication you receive is made by the original manufacturer (Centurion Laboratories, Aurochem, and others) and reaches you through our distribution chain, not a Pharmabridge factory.
How To Verify The License
You don’t have to take our word for it. The license number is real and traceable:
- The Uttar Pradesh Drug Controller’s office maintains records of all active wholesale licenses in the state
- Drug license numbers follow a specific format — ours is
RLF21DL2023000976, which decodes to: Retail/Wholesale Licensed Facility, district code, year 2023, sequence number - The manufacturers we work with can also confirm we’re a recognized buyer on their books
What This Means For Your Order
Every medication that leaves our facility leaves under the umbrella of this license. That means:
- It came from a real manufacturer that the license is registered against (not a backyard operation)
- It was stored under conditions that comply with Indian pharmaceutical handling rules
- There’s a chain-of-custody record from manufacturer to our warehouse to your shipment
- If a batch is recalled by the manufacturer, our records let us trace it to specific orders
This is the kind of operational rigor that an anonymous web pharmacy can’t offer. The drug license is the framework that forces it on us.
