At PharmaBridge International, we have simplified our export procedure to enhance clarity and transparency. This process outlines how our team manages each export order from the time the order is received until the products are delivered.

Step 1- Invoice Generation And Payment Processing

At PharmaBridge International, we prioritize transparency and clarity in our transactions. Our Proforma Invoice is essential for smooth processing and payment procedures. Below are the key details included in our Proforma Invoices-

  • Packing details and quantity, including the exact number of products being shipped.
  • Product information, including the generic name and the active compound, is used for easy identification.
  • Consignee Information, including the name, address, and phone number of the individual receiving the products.
  • Important information regarding product shelf life and batch number is required for quality assurance.
  • Bank details are required for the payment procedure. In certain countries, presenting the Proforma Invoice to the bank is mandatory for foreign payments.

Once the Proforma Invoice is issued, it is sent for verification. Once verified and approved, the payment procedure is initiated.

Documentation And Customs Clearance

Obtaining a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Assistant Drug Controller (ADC) is a crucial step when exporting medicines from India.

The ADC is an appointed body of the Indian Government that ensures the integrity of exported pharmaceuticals. It prevents the export of counterfeit medicines and regulates the quantity and quality of products exported.

To facilitate the ADC clearance process, the following documents are required-

  • Drug License- A valid license showing that the product complies with regulatory standards.
  • Sample of the Product- A physical sample for quality assessment by the ADC
  • Commercial Invoice- An invoice detailing the transaction, including pricing and terms of sale.
  • Packaging List- A detailed list of the items included in the shipment.
  • Purchase Invoice- Documentation of the purchase we made with the manufacturer.
  • Importer Exporter Certificate (IEC)- A key business identification number required to import and export goods and services from India.

These documents are prepared in two sets, one for Customs and one for the ADC. Preparing all the necessary documentation takes about 4 to 5 hours.

Once the Assistant Drug Controller issues the NOC, customs clearance can be obtained, allowing the export process to proceed. The procedure, including ADC clearance and customs, generally takes an entire working day.

Packaging, Shipment, And Tracking Information

PharmaBridge International initiates the packaging once It receives documentation for customs clearance and ADC. Our packaging contains three layers that help ensure its durability against accidental falls and waterproofness.

Once your shipment is prepared, we provide tracking details, enabling you to monitor your order's progress online.
